Account & Billing

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, find AppAlly, and cancel there.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong, email support and we will help however we can.

How do I delete my account?

Open AppAlly, go to Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. If that option is not working, email privacy@appally.app and we will process it manually.

I bought Lifetime but I am being asked to subscribe.

Open AppAlly, go to Settings, then Subscription, then Restore Purchases. If that does not fix it, email support with your Apple purchase receipt.

Using AppAlly

How do I pair with an ally?

After onboarding as a Requester, you will see your invite code in the app. Send that code to the person you want as your ally. They install AppAlly, choose the Ally role, and enter your code.

Can my ally see my messages, photos, or app content?

No. Your ally never sees your messages, photos, app content, or device usage reports.

Why does the app show "Blocked App" instead of the app's real name?

Apple's Screen Time APIs do not always expose readable app names. If you see this, email support with the app name and we will improve the mapping.
